The project is part of a residential block in the revitalized former industrial district of Lyon. The construction of the block was handled by three different architectural offices. The object of the solution was one of the corner blocks with three residential buildings with different features: a student-owned apartment for sale (with a floor area of about 4800 m²), a small apartment house (about 4,000 m²) and a residential house with social housing ). Residential houses are centered around a green courtyard connected to the street by the entrance to the home. On the ground floor are spaces with social stuff such as shops, restaurants, etc.
The shape of the house is subject to strict height regulation. On the upper floors, the mass of houses is divided by retreating towers with balconies and roof terraces. Student housing homes have common windows and facades lined with aluminum boards. The residential house with apartments is highlighted by stone facing and open loggia.
