The community center architecture refers to the original area of Old Hloubětín, whose shape has been preserved even after the village was incorporated into the city. The composition of the house follows three axes – longitudinal to the church, transverse to the garden and vertical axis at the staircase. The long saddle roof with traditional tiles is the counterweight of the church tower. A glazed café connecting the street with the garden is the communication center of the house, from which the multipurpose hall, the library and the clubhouse on the upper floor are accessible. The circular skylight above the staircase not only illuminates the inside of the house, but at the same time forms a visible mark for the community center. The house is uncovered and bricked. Classic materials are used in the form of plasters, ceramic tiles and wooden ceilings, windows and doors. The garden is also traditional with lawn, fruit trees and flower beds.
