The assignment was to rebuild the former auto shop into a smaller non-state medical facility with the production of orthopedic aids. The shop was occupied by a very small plot of land, which was a separate building from a larger building.
The exterior of the new house is based on a traditional local street building with houses on the “L” shape. The predominantly ground-floor houses have saddle roofs with ridges along the street and a street facade with a passage and one or two windows. Conversion therefore maintains the existing street shop. The courtyard is restored in the original trail and the garage is demolished, creating a small backyard with a tree needed to illuminate the interior rooms.
On the ground floor there are the facilities of the medical facility: reception, examination room and office with backgrounds. There is a workshop on the floor and in the attic. The street tract and the courtyard are fitted with cement-fibreboard roofing. The walls are plastered. The street facade builds on the traditional form of local houses with one main entrance and a window to the street.
